Don became a partner in The Pierce-Carter Agency, Inc. in 1996. Don and his wife, Linda, are graduates of Olivet Nazarene University and have been married since 1984. He attends Mason First Church of the Nazarene and is actively involved in many ministries. He has served on boards for church, Christian camps, financial institutions and universities. He served on the Agent Advisory Council for Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company.

Jared has been working with ministries since 2015 with the Pierce-Carter Agency. He is involved with his home church by working with the youth, teaching Sunday School, and serving as chair of stewards board. Jared is a recent graduate of Olivet Nazarene University where he majored in History Education. Jared is passionate about protecting and advancing God's Kingdom as a Ministry Insurance Specialist.
